If a PayPal transaction shows on the PayPal account but not on your web site there probably was some issue sending the IPN data from PayPal to your web site during the checkout process. But don't lose hope, there is a way to check the status of transactions on your PayPal account and resend the transaction data.
Login info your PayPal account.
and follow the instructions on how to check the IPN history and how to resend IPN messages.
