Notes can be added to existing orders which can be visible to people inside your organization or to your customer. This tutorial will show you step by step instructions on how to create order notes.
1. Click on the Shop tab.
2. Click on the Orders menu item.
3. Click on the order which needs a note.
4. Click on the Add note link which is located close to the top of the order page.
5. Write a message.
6. Checkmark to have this message visible to the customer.
7. Checkmark to have this message emailed to the customer.
8. Click on the Add Note button.
9. Once the note has been create the notes can be seen under the Order Notes section.
