Although Web Cube has an online RMA creation interface for customers, some may prefer to call in to your customer service center to process an RMA. Web Cube exposes this customer interface easily to customer service operators so that they can assist a customer in creating an RMA.
1. Click on the Shop tab.
2. Open the order you need to create the RMA for and click on the Create Return link located at the top of the order.
3. Select the item(s) to be returned. You may also select a reason for the return from the Reason for return dropdown list.
4. Write a note and click the Submit button to create the RMA.
5. When done a Return Merchandise Authorization with be shown.
