Media Uploads

Media Uploads allows you to upload any media for use on your site.  This can include images, javascript, css or other files.  No FTP access is needed!

 

1. Click on the CMS tab.

2. Click on the Media Uploads menu item.

3. Click on the blue button found at the top of the page.

4. Added on sets the time when this file was uploaded.

5. A Note can be provided in the Note text box.

6. Click on the Choose File button to select the file to be uploaded on the server.

7. Provide a File name by which this file will be identified on your web site.

8. Save.

9. Once the file is uploaded you will you will be able to locate the uploaded file on the list. An Embed code was automatically generated based on the file type loaded.

    What are the tags, hash, content type, and object id fields for? They don't seem to be required, but it's not clear how we use them.
